Ross and I have worked together on several projects. He assisted with a website migration for the Office of Governance at the American Library Association (2007-2009) and redesigned the website for the Skokie Concert Choir (www.skokiechoir.org). He continues to assist the SCC when updates are required. Aside from his knowledge and talent regarding website design, Ross is a fabulous teacher and trainer. He is able to explain a complicated concept in a way that makes it understandable to the lay person without being condescending or “dumbing it down.” He takes the time to understand the client’s needs and makes suggestions without forcing unnecessary features. He truly wants to create a product that will serve the client in both the short and long-term, providing training so that the client can do routine updates on their own.

Ross never stops learning about the newest developments so that the work he does is always up-to-date and state-of-the-art. He is creative and his website designs are both aesthetically pleasing and easy to navigate. His pricing is fair and competitive and you will always get far more than you anticipated from Ross. He is warm, friendly and knowledgeable and working with him is an absolute pleasure.
