A little bit about our pricing

Globally, there is certainly no shortage of Web design contractors. Here is some information that may help you understand if röös design + consulting is a fit for your project. If you meet these four criteria, it’s likely that we can help.

1) I’m looking for a complete project: design and development.

If you are just looking for design or just looking for programming, röös design + consulting probably isn’t a fit. Our speciality is the full life-cycle project. That means planning, designing, and building a new site from scratch, we do fix broken Websites in some cases. It’s the best way we know to get the best possible results.

2) Specific technologies are not the most important factor.

If you have a programming language or specific tool in mind, röös design + consulting may not be the ideal partner. We are very technical and capable of building nearly anything, but we work best with clients that are focused on outcomes, not tools or technologies.

3) My budget is aligned with my expectations.

There are many companies that are capable of building Websites quickly for budgets in the $1,500 range (or less). But our approach is a bit more custom. The outcome is a Web site, but it’s also a platform for Web marketing, built specifically for clients who have higher expectation for results. Many of our projects require 200 hours or more to plan, design, and build. Budgets for these projects are typically $5,000 and up.

4) I’m looking for a long-term partner.

röös design + consulting is structured to provide ongoing technical support, marketing advice, and analytics reviews. While some web companies might launch a site and then part ways, röös design + consulting prefers to remain available to ensure that long-term expectations are met. Do we still sound like a fit? Not sure? Drop us a line and we’ll continue the conversation.

FAQs

What can I expect at our first meeting?

Great question!
During our first face-to-face meeting we will discuss both the requirements for your project at a very high level and the business details of your project. The most important topic will be the “Work-Made-For-Hire” agreement that both parties will need to sign and date. This document includes the scope of the project, tasks to be performed by röös design + consulting, and you the client, and the cost of the project.

The most important issue for you is knowing and understanding that by signing the “Work-Made-For-Hire” all intellectual property rights to the new Web site (all digital assets) are legally transferred to you after final payment.
